Osa Tribal EcoTours: Nocturnal Walk
The best way to understand nature, its critters, and mysteries is by direct contact with her in its different elements and the ecosystems that make up the most bio diverse zone in the world.
You can do the nocturnal walks when the night falls and a new world starts to wake up-- very hidden for many of us, but so fantastic, beautiful, and wild how we imagine it. We will observe the activities of the small and large varieties of amphibians- toads and frogs, spiders, and crickets. With luck we will see fantasizing reptiles like snakes hunting by small ponds and creeks or turtles in sweet water, owls, hammer-headed bats, rats, and possums, only to say a few. A walk along the streets of the town is recommended for youth that are entering into more direct contact with nature, especially if the groups are more than 6 people. Schedule, and walking route are negotiable depending on the client. Duration: 2 hours *Tour given in Spanish. A translator can be hired at an additional cost. |
