Traditional bakery with handmade bread. We offer traditional baguette, whole wheat bread, homemade breads with forest fruits and seeds, tamal asado, corn starch tamale, cinnamon rolls, and salted bread, all based on local and forest ingredients.
We accept wholesale orders and provide services for gatherings.
This venture began with the desire of Jessica Roldan and Víctor Merella to get ahead. With no bakeries in the area, it was a difficult start, but little by little, with support from the development association and donations, they managed to establish themselves. Today they distribute bread to neighboring communities.
