It is called "the crown jewel" of the national parks in Costa Rica, and "the most biologically intense place on Earth" by National Geographic. Corcovado is a must-see on your trip to Costa Rica and the Osa Peninsula.

Corcovado is home to the 4 types of monkeys in Costa Rica (white-faced, spider, squirrel, and howler), big cats like the jaguar and ocelot, anteaters, poison dart frogs, the tapir, many birds, and many more animals.

Here in Rancho Quemado, we can do everything you need to coordinate your visit to Corcovado National Park.

San Pedrillo Station:

From Drake Bay, it is a 30 minute boat ride. From there, you will enjoy a 3 hour walk in the forest while seeing all kinds of animals, many of which only live on the Osa Peninsula. After lunch, the visitor will arrive at the famous waterfall where you can swim and reflect on the "Pura Vida" moment you are enjoying. Then, when everyone is ready, the group returns to the beach where the boat will be waiting to take you back to Drake Bay.

Cost: $75 per person. Includes transportation, local guide, park entrance fee, and lunch.

Sirena Station:

After 60 minutes by boat, the visitor will arrive at Sirena Station in Corcovado National Park. This station is more remote than San Pedrillo, and therefore, there is more opportunity to see wild animals like the tapir, monkeys, birds, and much more.

Cost: $85 per person. Includes transportation, local naturalist guide, park entrance fee, and lunch.
