Snorkeling & Diving at Caño Island

While staying in Rancho Quemado, the visitor can take a day trip and go snorkeling/scuba diving at nearby Caño Island in Drake Bay. Caño Island is known as being the best place to dive/snorkel in Costa Rica after Coco Island.

To get to Caño Island, it is a 45-60 minute drive to Drake Bay. From there, you will meet your group and head off to the crystal clear waters of Caño Island for the day. The tour includes a local guide, transportation (boat), park fee, snorkeling/diving equipment, hours of diving/snorkeling, and lunch. The price is $75 per person.
