Our History

Daly Obando in a courageous and brave lady who from his childhood learned to move forward in the middle of the mountains of Rancho Quemado, work for many years in hotels in Drake and surroundings, mainly in the kitchen, has a small family heritage house where he raised his children, which is located in the center of the community in front of the plaza, so he always dreamed of having his own food sales business and leave a legacy to his family made up of his two children, Lady and Claudio and his grandson Edward, to whom I dedicate the name of his enterprise. Over the years, she has been able to buy kitchen equipment and household items to sell meals to visitors in the corridor of her house, and has acquired a good reputation for her delicious dishes and excellent service. The economic situation has been the limitation to be able to condition the infrastructure and process the necessary permits and since Daly and his daughter Lady are female heads of household, but everything goes within the process of growth and little by little they hope to achieve it continuing with effort and dedication.
