COMMUNITY CELEBRATIONS​

Community Anniversary

It is an Activity organized by -ADI RQ with the main objective of strengthening communal identity, recalling the history and culture that characterizes the town.
Although previously, there were occasional visits by ears and hunters,
The original start date of the peasant village is March 19, 1965, when Don Jeremías Ureña came to know these lands and established himself to work enabling properties suitable for planting and domestic animals, so his relatives also came and eventually more families They formed the community.

The day of the communal celebration moves to a Saturday close to the date To facilitate the visitation of neighboring communities or relatives from other areas who want to enjoy the activity.

Games for Children, theater play "El Rancho Quemado", typical dance, Trivias with curious facts about Rancho Quemado and its history awards, snack sales, cake to share, and nightlife thanks to the lighting of the sports plaza are scheduled communal.

It is motivated to continue with the Teamwork Unit which has been the strength of the organization to achieve the sustainable development that characterizes the community.

Sometimes, recognition is given to local leaders and organizations that have supported community projects.

It is an activity organized by the Participatory Biological Monitoring Committee of Rancho Quemado, who has the support and support of the ADI RQ.
