Our HistoryIt is an organized committee that started in 2015 with the training of the members (8 local people) by MINAET to achieve the adequate performance of research strategies for the conservation of flora and fauna, monitoring of birds, plants, amphibians, and insects of the community, with the purpose of harmonizing between the sustainability, conservation and socioeconomic development of the inhabitants.
In recent years there are tours of bird watching, tracking traces and placement of trap cameras, as well as flora monitoring, nocturnal tours of insects and amphibians, and all this contributes financially to the livelihood of the committee and its projects such as the nursery of propagation of endemic and threatened species, and the sensory path that is under construction in stages. |
